De maand mei was een succes met 13 gekookte maaltijden, dus hopelijk gaat het in juni net zo voortvarend verder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik heb een kleine tuin \u2014 vandaar de naam <em>Tiny Garden<\/em>. Alles bij elkaar heb ik ongeveer 15 m\u00b2 beschikbaar voor het telen van gewassen. Toch hoop ik voldoende te kunnen oogsten om zeer regelmatig voor twee personen te koken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uiteraard lukt het niet om elke dag te koken. Simpelweg omdat er soms andere dingen op de agenda staan, waardoor koken niet nodig is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik kook altijd twee porties tegelijk. Als ik alleen ben, kan ik daar dus twee keer van eten.
