Hoewel de winterkou nog regeert, worden de dagen vanaf nu ongemerkt weer iets langer. De tuin is in diepe rust, maar onder de grond en in de knoppen zit de belofte van het nieuwe seizoen al verborgen. Een mooi moment om tijdens de kerstdagen even bij stil te staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kerst op je bord<\/strong> <br>Voor het zover is, mag de tuin nog \u00e9\u00e9n keer schitteren tijdens het kerstdiner. Of het nu gaat om verse kruiden voor de stoofpot, spruitjes bij het hoofdgerecht of een frisse veldsla als bijgerecht: jouw oogst brengt de \u00e9chte smaak op tafel. Geniet van de feestdagen en de rust, wetende dat de natuur zich langzaam opmaakt voor een nieuw tuinjaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Video instructie<\/strong><br>In de video van deze periode praat ik je bij. Let wel goed op je lokale omstandigheden: staat je tuin vol in de wind of beschut? Dat bepaalt hoe fris je groenten erbij staan.
