Als je de Tuinagenda goed hebt gevolgd, kijk je nu uit op volle, groene bedden. De tuin wordt bevolkt door echte bikkels die de kou trotseren: van statige palmkool en prei tot de lagere veldsla, winterpostelein en Aziatische bladgroenten. Zelfs onder de grond wachten pastinaken en wortels geduldig af. De tuin leeft, ook in de kou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rust in het werk<\/strong> <br>De &#8216;rust&#8217; in de tuin slaat dan ook niet op leegte, maar op jouw activiteit. De zaai- en plantwerkzaamheden liggen stil en het onkruid houdt zich gedeisd. Je hoeft alleen maar te genieten van wat er staat en af en toe te oogsten. Wel blijft het belangrijk om alert te zijn op hygi\u00ebne: verwijder geel of rottend blad tussen je volle bedden om schimmels in dit vochtige seizoen geen kans te geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Video instructie<\/strong><br>In de video van deze periode praat ik je bij. Dit is een prima moment om de teentjes te poten. Het kan zijn dat jij al klaar bent, terwijl de oogst bij een ander nog doorloopt \u2013 of andersom. Gebruik de onderstaande lijst als leidraad, maar laat de staat van jouw eigen planten de doorslag geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laatste ronde<\/strong><br>Voor andijvie (najaarsteelt) zit het seizoen er nu echt op. Oogst wat er nog staat, want deze kroppen gaan de naderende winterkou niet overleven. Ook bieslook zwaait af.
